First Use

Your FINEX cookware comes pre-seasoned to a goldenย bronze thatโ€™s ready to go right out of the box.

The first few times you cook, we recommend using a bitย more oil than usual to start building up the seasoning.ย Bacon is our personal favorite for new pans. Hold off onย cooking acidic foods for your first few uses - once theย seasoning builds up, your cookware will handle anyย food with ease.ย

Cleaning

For easy cleaning, wash your FINEX cookware by handย immediately after use with warm water.

Youโ€™ll find itย easiest to clean while itโ€™s still warm. To avoid rust, doย not soak, leave in the sink, or put cookware in theย dishwasher.

For best results, we recommend using ourย 3 Piece Careย Kit. We designed each piece with FINEX cookware inย mind; a chain mail scrubber and oak wood scraper thatย fit our skillet corners and grill ribs, combined with aย bottle of our 100% organic flaxseed oil.

Scrape Oil & Dry

If needed, remove any stubborn bits of food with eitherย our Chain Mail Scrubber or Oak Wood Scraper.

After cleaning, wipe dry. Buff in a light coating of oilย and warm on your stove or in the oven to evaporateย moisture and youโ€™re ready for meals and memories toย come.

Seasoning

Your seasoning will darken and patina from a goldenย bronze to a glossy black.

Your cookware will develop aย cohesive seasoning the more you cook with it โ€”ย splotchy and uneven seasoning is common as theย seasoning is developing. You can help the processย along or fix trouble spots by buffing in a light coat of oilย and heating over medium heat until the oil begins toย smoke.

Every piece of FINEX cookware comes guaranteed goodย forever. If your cookware ever fails, weโ€™ll repair orย replace it. Any questions?ย Contact usย and weโ€™ll help youย out.
