All FINEX Cast Iron Cookeware is made in USA, and is entirely free of PFAS, PTE, PTFE, PFOS, Teflon, or any other toxic or questionable chemical coatings.

GENERAL
What is the FINEX Good Forever Guarantee?
Every piece of FINEX cookware is Guaranteed Good Forever. If your FINEX cookware ever fails, we will replace it.
Guaranteed Good Forever does not cover abuse, theft, or loss. Before a full replacement, our team will work with you to see if your piece can be restored. If your product is no longer available, we’ll replace it with an equivalent product.
New, unopened items can be returned within 45 days of delivery for a full refund. Please allow 20 business days for your return to be processed and refund to be issued. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned.

Is there a Max Temperature for our cast iron cookware?
FINEX Cookware can handle pizza ovens at 900-1,000 degrees.
Can FINEX Cast Iron Cookeware be used on glass-top stoves?
While you should always consult with your stove manufacturer first, our cookware is intended to be safe on any cooking surface. We tumble-polish all our cookware smooth for an exterior finish that’s smooth enough for any cooking surface but still retains the natural cast texture.
Can you boil water in cast iron?
Yes, you can boil water in any of our cookware pieces. Just be sure the surface is dry and lightly oiled before putting it away.
Do I need to season my FINEX Cookware before use?
Our cast iron cookware comes pre-seasoned to a golden bronze that will continue to darken and patina with use. As the seasoning builds, so do the memories – memories you’ll pass down through generations.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we'll send you an email with a link to track the order on the carrier's website. By clicking on the link, you'll be able to check the status of your order once it is in transit.
Does FINEX ship outside the US?
FINEX ships to the US only at this time. We are hoping to expand shipping in the future.
When will my order ship?
