Ingredients
- 4lbs boneless/skinless chicken breast
- 4lbs red potatoes
- 1-2lbs carrots
- 32oz Reames Homestyle Egg Noodles (2 frozen - 16oz packs)
- 1qt Chicken broth
- 1qt Water
- Livia's SPG seasoning
- Any additional salt or BBQ seasoning to taste
Directions
- Start the grill or set the oven to 375 – 400 °F
- Place the 7Qt. FINEX Dutch Oven in the oven or on the grill and then add the water and chicken broth so it can begin preheating.
- Peel and cube potatoes/carrots, then place into a bowl of water to destarch for 20 minutes. Once the 20 min is up, drain and set to the side.
- Season chicken breast with Livia's SPG seasoning.
- Place potatoes/carrots into the dutch oven to begin cooking. Turn heat up to reach boil.
- Place chicken on the grill or in a stovetop skillet to cook. The chicken needs to reach an internal temp of 165+ degrees Fahrenheit then cut into desired piece sizes.
- Add chicken pieces and frozen noodles to the boiling dutch oven when the potatoes are almost soft enough to eat.
- Stir for 4-5 minutes or until the noodles are cooked to your desired consistency.
- Serve and enjoy.
