Ingredients

  • 4lbs boneless/skinless chicken breast
  • 4lbs red potatoes
  • 1-2lbs carrots
  • 32oz Reames Homestyle Egg Noodles (2 frozen - 16oz packs)
  • 1qt Chicken broth
  • 1qt Water
  • Livia's SPG seasoning
  • Any additional salt or BBQ seasoning to taste

Directions

  1. Start the grill or set the oven to 375 – 400 °F

  2. Place the 7Qt. FINEX Dutch Oven in the oven or on the grill and then add the water and chicken broth so it can begin preheating.

  3. Peel and cube potatoes/carrots, then place into a bowl of water to destarch for 20 minutes. Once the 20 min is up, drain and set to the side.

  4. Season chicken breast with Livia's SPG seasoning.

  5. Place potatoes/carrots into the dutch oven to begin cooking. Turn heat up to reach boil.

  6. Place chicken on the grill or in a stovetop skillet to cook. The chicken needs to reach an internal temp of 165+ degrees Fahrenheit then cut into desired piece sizes.

  7. Add chicken pieces and frozen noodles to the boiling dutch oven when the potatoes are almost soft enough to eat.

  8. Stir for 4-5 minutes or until the noodles are cooked to your desired consistency.

  9. Serve and enjoy.
