Ingredients
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 can pumpkin puree (15oz)
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
- ¼ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons Watkins organic pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt

- 3 Tablespoons Watkins ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons Watkins ground ginger
- 1.5 teaspoons Watkins ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon Watkins allspice
- Pinch of black pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven or grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine milk and vinegar. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Add all remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 10" Finex Cast Iron Skillet. Bake for 60 minutes. Raise oven/grill temp to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the pie comes out clean (approximately 15-20 minutes).
- Let cool & serve
