Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 can pumpkin puree (15oz)
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 4 large eggs
  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 teaspoons Watkins organic pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
    BONUS CUSTOM PUMPKIN SPICE BLEND
  • 3 Tablespoons Watkins ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Watkins ground ginger
  • 1.5 teaspoons Watkins ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Watkins allspice
  • Pinch of black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven or grill to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine milk and vinegar. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until fully combined.

  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 10" Finex Cast Iron Skillet. Bake for 60 minutes. Raise oven/grill temp to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and bake until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the pie comes out clean (approximately 15-20 minutes).

  5. Let cool & serve
